Meditation for Recovery on Zoom

Kim O’Kelley-Leigh is bringing her 30 years of practice in meditation and mindfulness to provide weekly classes via Zoom. Each class will consist of a few minutes of mindfulness and silence, then some discussion. This process will be repeated a few times. Classes are to teach participants how to get started and to give a place to practice in mindfulness so they can make the practice a daily occurrence. If you’re not sure about joining, try it and see if the class is a good fit.
